How to Migrate 1. Choose a Contact Platform: To start the migration process, choose which platform you want to contact us on. You can find the available platforms on our Contact Us page. 2. Send a Message: Once you've chosen a platform, send a message to our support team and let them know you want to recover your account. Our staff will provide you with a form to fill out. 3. Fill Out the Form and Provide Proof of Purchase and Account Ownership: Complete the form with the required information: - New Account: Enter the details of the new account you want to migrate to. - Old Account: Enter the details of the old account where the rank is currently held. - Email: Provide your email address. - Rank: Specify the rank you want to migrate. - Proof of Account Ownership: - For Cracked Accounts: Provide a screenshot of your current game client showing any unique identifiers or details that prove ownership. Like the example below. - For Premium Accounts: Go to the Minecraft Launcher, navigate to Settings > Account, and take a screenshot showing your account details. Screenshots of websites are not allowed. Like the example below. - Proof of Purchase: Provide the email or billing information used when you purchased LuckyCoins, totaling the price of the rank. - Migration Reason: Choose a reason for the migration from the provided options. 4. Submit the Form: After filling out the form and uploading the necessary proof, submit the form. Our staff will review your submission and get back to you if any information needs to be corrected.
