Losing access to your account can be frustrating and inconvenient. If you've forgotten your LuckyNetwork password, follow these steps to reset it:

Reset Password via Email

  1. Connect to the server and, when prompted for your password, type the command:

    
    /resetpassword <email> # 
    
    

    For instance, use /resetpassword [email protected]. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Ensure the email matches what you set up with the /setemail command.

  2. Account Recovery Without a Set Email

    If you haven't set an email unfortunately with

    • Eligible Ranks or Purchases

      If you hold a rank (e.g., MIDI, MVP, SUPREME) or have purchased over 5,000 LuckyCoins, we can use your payment receipt as proof of identity. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp for Manual Account Recovery guidance.

    • No Ranks or LuckyCoins

      Unfortunately, without ranks or purchases, manual recovery isn't available due to a lack of valid identification proof.
