Connect to the Server: Log in to the server.

Reset Your Password: When prompted for your password, type the following command:
/resetpassword <email>
For example:
/resetpassword [email protected]
If the email is correct, you will receive a prompt in the chat confirming that the email is valid.

Follow Email Instructions: You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. The email will look like the example below.

Enter the Reset Code and New Password: Type the reset code you received and your new password in the chat to complete the password reset process.
Note: Use a strong password this is just an example!

What happens if I haven't set up my email?
If you haven't set up an email, we can't reset your account password. But, if you have a rank and haven't logged into the server since April 2, 2024, please contact our support team with proof of account ownership and rank purchase.
