Connect to the Server: Log in to the server.

Reset Your Password: When prompted for your password, type the following command:
/resetpassword <email>
For example:
/resetpassword example@luckynetwork.net
If the email is correct, you will receive a prompt in the chat confirming that the email is valid.

Follow Email Instructions: You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. The email will look like the example below.

Enter the Reset Code and New Password: Type the reset code you received and your new password in the chat to complete the password reset process.
Note: Use a strong password this is just an example!

What happens if I haven't set up my email?
If you haven't set up an email, we can't reset your account password. But, if you haven't logged into the server since April 2, 2024, please contact our support team with proof of account ownership.
